10 gallon stocking suggestions?

I was thinking a couple of tiger barbs or harlequin rasboas, but would love to see what you guys suggest. Only thing Im planning on now is to grow out a albino bristlenose.

Why not a planted community? Mine is still in progress...

Planned population is 4-6 neons or guppies, a couple of otos, a few snails and some shrimp. Animals will be gradually added starting in a week.
