would this tank work

1 dragon gobie
x amount of dwarf puffers
x amount of bumblebee gobies

if that doesnt work tell me some cool brackish setups for a 10 gallon

Oh my god no.
Violet (dragon) gobies require a tank of at least 75 gallons. They can reach up to 2 feet long.
Bumblebee gobies would be OK, but I'm not sure about any puffers. And, if there are brackish puffers that can live in a 10 gal, I still question their compatibility with the tiny, defenseless bumblebees. Puffers have a reputation as fin-nippers and fish-biters.
If you want to go with just bumblebees, that's fine. If you have any questions about keeping them, feel free to ask.

If I remember right Dwarf Puffers are also freshwater only not brackish. And yes the Dragon Goby needs a much bigger tank.

Dwarf puffers, pea puffers or wahtever are freshwater fish.
A 10 gallon will pretty much rule out all the cool brackish fish IMO, and in bigger tanks water parameters are more steady and easier to mantain. .
You could keep a figure 8 or a greenspot puffer in a 10 but it will kill everything else that could fit in a 10. Bumblebee gobies would need tons of hiding spots and dead barnacle coral to hide in to escape the puffer.
With no puffer, you could do bumblebee gobies and maybe some flounder. Maybe some other small goby species. But, it would be a pretty lifeless tank.
Trust me, brackish is addictive and if you start small youre just going to end up going bigger anywas.
I started with a 20 long and kept moving up and wasted tons of money on smaller setups.
There are tons of awesome fish that could do a 55+ gallon quite well. In NY by me, 55 gals and iron stands are like 100 bucks from petland.
This will give you the option of puffers, archers, mono sebaes/argentus/others, chromides, larger gobies, eels, columbian catsharks, a whole bunch of cool stuff. With an even bigger tank you start talking the really cool guys....
