i have 4 baby rbp in a ten gallon what should i put them in next!!:eek:
 
im new to this so i think im going to get a 75 gallon oh would it be ok to put a pacu in a tank with oscars
 
about the size of small kiwi but i have to tanks i have a pacu and i was seeing if i can put it in my other tank with my convict and oscar

pacu is cool for that tank with oscar and convict and as far as tank upgrade get the biggest you can afford but a 75 gal is good for 4 rbp's in my oppinion:headbang2
 
I say you can pretty much house 4 of them in 75g for a very long time if not for live.
 
unless your planning on a pond of ATLEAST 1,000 gallons, do not get a pacu. please, please, please dont. otherwise, in less than a year, when you have a 2ft fish eating over a pound of food a week, your never going to get rid of it.

they can and will get to well over 2 ft, i have 2, and have raised others in the past, trust me on this.

and your going to need a much larger tank for your RBP also. do your fish a favor, and do some basic research next time before stuffing fish into a 10g tank.
 
rbp's are not beginner fish. they require extra care due to their messy feeding habbits. a ten gallon wont even properly house a school of serpaes. research before you buy
