10 gallonnn setup

well today i put in my sand put in some rocks and a plant. im running a filter that i was using on a different tank.

Any suggestions on my finalized choice.
i either want to put

A planted shrimp tank
or a heavily planted puffer tank

*note i will be adding more rock an plants

umm.... I would go puffer? But for 10 gallons you should go with the Carinotetraodon travancoricus (Dwarf Puffer)

its an aquaclear 5-20 gallon i think ? im only using it for the bacteria on it. once i get this up and running im gonna put on a penguin biowheel
