MFK,

I have mixed feelings on this one. I have a SBRTC that is about 10 inches (eyeballed). If you are not familiar with them they supposedly only get about 20 inches total. What i can say is that he definitely has grown slower then a normal rtc. I have had him since he was about 41/2 inches and is an awesome animal. The reason I am putting him up for sale is I have no plans of adding another tank and with my rays getting older I fear for any pups (and maybe the SBRTC) should there be any. So my loss is your gain. This is the only one I have heard of in the US and even in Thailand where they are produced are quite rare and expensive.

The price is $600 and I would prefer pick up in NNJ but would consider shipping to the right home.

Want to sell that Ageneiosus marmoratus to me?

Maybe- Make me an offer via pm but to deal with the hassle of shipping it would need to be enticing

Never seen a catfish so cute in my life.

So how do U prove that it is a "stay small" genetic?

so rare

Remember seeing pics of him when you just had him. It honestly didn't looked appealing to me with its shrinked body, looked deformed and tadpole-like. I understand the whole "short-body" thing and I think it was just because we are so used of seeing RTCs with a regular body shape. It grew pretty nice actually and is quite a nice specimen. GLWS.
