I have one about 20" (19.5" TL), but shipping alone will cost a fortune. The issue with shipping large fish is generally the cost to ship and maintain a living area during transportation. If the vendor is good, a Styrofoam box with the fish being contained in a multiple layers of bagging in case one gets ripped. And, if you really want to get fancy, a really large fish will have to get shipped in a literally wooden crate all screwed up with the fish contained as I stated before. Shipping is based on weight, and with that kind of packaging the cost of shipping will likely be in the hundreds. Finally, the issue of refunding if the fish dies during transportation if the vendor is willing to fork a loss aside from shipping.
All in all, you're better off looking around local fish stores for 6" Jardini or for a large drop-off although a silver is more likely. As far as I know, Jardinis over 10" are generally kept by their owners until death, until it causes the death of all the other fish, or until, very rarely, it outgrows the owner's tank. Personally, I've never seen online vendors sell Jardinis larger than 6"/7", but if you look at the buy and sell forum they sometimes are there at sizes close to mine. Sorry about the semi-relevant advice, but online and reputable rarely go hand in hand in the aquarium business.
