Hi all,

Thought I'd share my current mini project, a 10 litre Aquael shrimp cube :)

Currently laid with tropica plant substrate, and Maui quartz sand; with an interesting bit of redmoor wood (or is it manzanita?) In the middle.

Currently planted with anubias Nana mini, which is quite awesome; fantastic looking little plant. Cryptocoryne wisii I think, Java moss as well; then a dwarf hairgrass carpet.

Ferts as standard, 6W, 8000k lighting (I think), heated, filtered by sponge; and possibly using co2 soon...

Currently having to hold the bit of wood down, with a plastic container lol till it submerges.

End plan is to do some shrimp, but I'll need to be careful given the small volume

Niiiiice! If it wasn't for the scissors I would of though that tank was 24"high. Haha

Lol yeah it kind of ruins the illusion! :P

Lots of fun this little tank, I've been a fan of Aquael for a long while; having tried their job filters, and lightning too.

3 red cherry shrimp in this tank just now, one with a clutch of eggs; hoping they can bring up the population numbers :)

Using catappa leaves to feed them

I'd like to find one that size and do it up with a wabi kusa type setup. Semi emersed.
