I figured I would post this here being that it is the most often viewed brackish forum i've come across. I started with a 5 Gallon GSP tank about a year and a half ago and it has grown from there through 10's, 20s, 25's and now onto a 100 gallon tank so the archers don't go crazy without room.
The tank is a 100 Gallon Acrylic with custom stand and canopy.
Filtration is a Sump system w/large bio wheel, Reef Octopus NW150 skimmer, and a 10 gallon refugium.
Salinity is currently being kept around 1.018 W/Live Rock
Livestock is 3 Archers, 4 Green Spot Puffers, 3 Sebae Mono's, and 1 Green Scat.
I just changed the rock scape around and need to get some updated pictures of that but these ones work for now.

Tank when I first got it:

:welcome: back to MFK!

I like the setup. Any other fish besides the puffer, archers and scats?

thats a great lookin setup, gave me more than a few ideas . Thanks for sharing.

That's really a great set up! I feel you will be needing to upgrade to a much larger tank soon though. It's barely large enough for 4 adult GSPs.

I would use much more rock in there & make caves & tunnels for the GSPs to investigate. Also some tall plants to break up the lines of sight.

Plants are going to be though as the salinty is quite high in the tank as it is. Plus last time i tried to play a brackish tank with scats in it it didnt turn out to well. The one GSP is around 2 years old and hasnt showed any more signs of growth. I think even with everyone grown out the tank shouldnt be too small. Even in comparison to my 180 Gallon discus tank this is probably the least aggressive tank I have. None of the fish in this tank have showed any aggression to each other or setup distinct areas of the tank as their own. I just keep giving them lotsa food and good clean water they seem to do just fine.

I am jealous! I had an "impulse" recently and converted one of my 29s to brackish. So far its going well. I am looking at a 125 to move them to eventually. Your post has given me inspiration :)
