LED is still a challenge! My canopy has only 2.7" on space above the glass so I planned on LED all along. The Marineland double bright 36-48" fixture seen on the glass in the first pic proved inadequate. I just added a single $98. Ecoxotic Panarama Module and the tank looks great. I may add one more!
The moon lighting is a modular system by Tru-Lumen that i can still expand further to 9 sets of lights. i choose 2x white and 2x Blue actinic. Looks great at night.....I just run em 24 hours. This tank is 30" deep and the colors and crispness are great. What do you all think?? This whole lighting system cost 200.
