In the 70's the tanks had slate bottoms-that gives you an idea of how old I am ;-)

i used to bench 400, but then I got a gf and got lazy. Now i dropped the gf and got more fish and finally started lifting again, hopefully my bench press will be 500lbs by the end of the summer.
