I was just wondering how everyones $100 Target pools were holding up. Any leaks so far? How's evaporation/humidity? Whats your Average running costs? More than you wanted or working out just right. Just wondering how things are going. Ive got a few years before i will have the room for an indoor pond but i was thinking ahead and liked the idead of the swimming pool setup but i dont want 1000s of gallons of water and dried up fish just because i cut corners and went the cheap route.

Good question, I might search for those posts and asks for updates. I know one guy took his down after a few months.

Bump...anyone have updates on these?

The only one I could find, the guy already indicated he took it down.

my inflatable ring intex 8'x30" lasted 3 years before an unknown fish popped the top ring never had any leaks from anywhere else. As for humidity never had a problem it was always coverd unless I was feeding or watching and I have a large dehumidifier. As far as operating costs I guess I never payed attention but my utility bill averages around 350 now and probally the same or maybe a little higher back then but it wasnt bad. Just use good equipment and get one of those energy miser testers that tells you if your equipment is drawing to much power and replace anything going bad. As far as what types of fish where in it well there have been everything from large catfish , plecos stingrays FRT arowana cichlids of all sorts pacu so I would not be worried about the fish popping the actual liner just the inflatable ring
