On the Rio Araguaia, I wish...
Hey I'm trying to feel around and get some good info on a filter setup thats moderately affordable and is going to be good enough to handle the bioload of some large south american cats and quality water good enough for rays. I plan on running 2 800 watt ti heaters to keep the temps right and the pond is going indoors so I think that will be more then enough.

So far the options look like either a high end pressurized pond filter or a few basic pond waterfall filter combos where the filter media is in the housing for the waterfall and have a couple or a trio of those across the back of the pond which would also help with aeration alot I think.

Probably 2 powerheads to keep some current across the tank as well but unsure if it would be better to mount them in the back corners facing at 45 degree angles towards the front or have both on 1 side flowing sideways across the pond or what.

Please help me out with some suggestions for this along with, pics of the setups/filters your suggesting and a location to purchase them, and or your experience with them. Thanks again for the help ~Trent
