the tank measurements are 60'' long, 20 depth. 20 width.

Can i stock a Jaguar cichlid, a male Midas, a BN pleco, and a convict in it?
or The jaguar cichlid, Dovii, and a convict?
or only the dovii and Jag?
the tank has a filter thats made for 200-300 Gallon tanks so its always clean

Many people will tell you not to do any of that but give it a go. As long as you don't harm the fish then it is always worth experimenting.

The only one you shouldnt try is the Dovii and Jag together it would give them 50 gallons each and it might get nasty.

But if your growing from Juvies then it might work - just see how it goes.

Check out my latest post I have a 100 gallon and I have two JD's, Midas, Jag, Oscar and a Texas in there. I will filter out those that are not doing to well further down the road.

I think that most of the people that tell you not to place a Dovii and Jag together in a 100 gal. are the people that have raised one or both of these cichlids. You can ceratinly grow out a number of fish in a 100gal but only a few will be able to survive for life in that size tank alone or with tankmates. A Dovii can grow 20"+ a male Jag can grow to at least 14". If the aggression never occurs as a problem, the disputes over territory will. Midas will grow to at least 12". A 100gal. is fine for them. The only problem is that they don't take too kindly to tankmates most of the time. You would have to try some other fish with it to see what the Midas would allow to live with it. Convicts do well with all of these fish...mostly. They stay small enough to get out of the way when the time comes and they know how to fight back if need be. A Convict pair can be down right nasty. Grow out these fish if you want to see what will work. Sometimes the best way is to see for yourself. Just be prepared to remove some fish in case of aggression. Terd Ferguson, a member here, has a nice Guapote community. Look up his threads and see what he has accomplished and why it works. Good luck to you.

For sure you can't put a jag or dovii in their. A pair of texas MIGHT work out but they are very aggressive, just depends on their attitude if they will tolerate each other.

100g is way to small for a Dovii, I wouldnt even put on in my 6x2x2.

Let alone size, the mess it would create would be unreal.

Out of your listings you'll probably have the best luck with the jag and midas together, but that still may not even work. Your best bet may be to find a slightly smaller sized cichlid and get a pair of them. A pair of texas should work fine in a 100 gallon. If you don't want a pair, maybe just get one bigger cichlid such as the midas or texas, and a couple smaller cichlids such as a few male convicts or salvini to hang out with it. That could look cool. Just a thought. Good luck!

This is what I'm doing with my 100g. Flowerhorn (sized like a midas) 3 male cons (1 marble 2 black), Mid sized plec, and 8" BGK. And the tank looks pretty full and active IMHO. Multiple large cichlids in a smaller tank like that could breed real disaster.
