unsure about the exact gallon since its a diamond shaped aquarium so near impossible to get a accurate measurement but i would say is 5ft length and 3.5 feet width at its longest, and standard 2 feet high, im looking for a big and interesting fish sort of like a Tiger oscar / flower horn ish type of fish with personality,

Been thinking of getting a bigger snake head , a jaguar cichlid

or maybe just maybe i get a predetory fish like a bichir which is a littel calmer and a bunch of shoal fish , i want to hear suggestions

( this is not set in stone just a idea i had and i want to hear you guys ideas )

That would be my choice but lower jaw species other than the Ornate.

Hi thanks for the reply!

Sadly bichirs had been a struggle for me but then again i did keep them wrong i guess you could say i did have 2 very very wierd passings after having both for 6 months both of them passed within 2 days of eachother no bite markings or anything ( my best guess would be my pleco ... ) after that i decided to go all in and get 5x only in 1 tank but then ofc the bigger one ate the smaller ones , i tried moving the bigger one in my bigger 190g with oscars and balas but he didnt really like it there i would say he looked really sad in there and after about 2-3 months he got a mouth injury not sure why i was away from town probaly smacked the glass or something and later passed the day i got home.. so im not sure if im just bad with bichirs or had insane bad luck.. its probaly just me overthinking but.. this might sound wierd but i've literally had 0 fish deaths this year with about 100 fish in total ( africans ) i wouldnt consider myself a god of fishkeeping but i really should be able to manage bichirs right ? .. :/

( Sry for the long text but i really want to do my bichirs right if i get them again since they're my favorite fish sadly.)
