100gal 72x18x18 ideas

I picked up a 100gal thats 72x18x18. Kinda unsure what to put in it. I was thinking about red bellys mabey 5 or 6, but will this tnk be to small. I am up for suggestions. would like to do a speicies tank of some sort.

im hoping you mean red belly pirhanna and not red belly pacu. cant speak on the pirhanna, but pacu i can say for sure wont work.

yeah pirhanna. Itseems like its just to short to put anything bigger in it

i have the same exact size tank. do u have a centre brace? I Don't ...it was made like this....but its still a nice tank that never leaked! pretty old school

no center brace but it's like 3/4 thick and heavy. got it off craigs list they had it listed as a 150. couldn't tell the size by the pics to well and the persn i bought it from couldn't read a tape messure. drove a hour to get it and talkd the guy down to 75 bucks. not the tank i wanted but bought it any way. its hard to find big used tanks cheap where i'm at

Thats pretty good deal $75 bucks. I'd say you could put at least 4 in there maybe 5

i thought about the discus but i've heard there fragile and like tall tanks.
