100gal Stocking question

I have a 100 gallon with an FX5.

I am going to be receiving a shipment of about 40-45 rummies next week. And once my discus are a decent size i am going to be adding 6 into the 100gallon. Tank temp is running at 83-84

Would i be able to add some cories for bottom dwellers??

(Current stock)
30 ghost shrimps, 40ish red cherry
40 rummies (coming in this coming tuesday)
6 discus (will move from growout tank after grown)

If i wanted to add a few cories what kind and how many can i add?

And if i can't how many rummies do i need to lower so i can add about 6 cories? I plan to do about 30% wc weekly.

Tank only has patches of Java moss and nothing else.

I think corries will be fine without removeing anything. With discus, I would up the water changes to two 30% per week. Also, they will eat your shrimp.

Add the corries, as far as my opinion goes, no problem.

I'd also up the water change schedule.

yea i'll be doing more than 30% water changes once the discus are in there. But as of now when its only going to be rummy and cories, they should be fine with 1 30%-40%. Discus are still growing out in the grow out tank.

Nice discus. Such great fish. I got rid of mine because I couldn't keep up with the demanding care regiments.

yea they so cute, first time having them. LOL but man. . . it does take alot of work to take care of them. But its fun watching these little guys grow.

They still scared of the tank, owner said a 55 gallon he'll usually have 50 juvi fish in there so they are still hiding alot with such a big space.
