I currently have a 100gal tank with;

1x 5" Salvini
1x 7" Jaguar
1x 6" Jack Dempsey

It had an 8" Oscar, but he jumped out of the tank a few weeks ago :-(

I would like something with color, the Salv still hasn't shown his yellow colors yet.

The jag was very aggressive until we got the Salvini, and he severely calmed down (who would think a jag would be put in his place by a smaller salv?)

I'm thinking of a pleco and maybe another medium sized south american, though I'm not sure. Give me some suggestions, please!

NOTE: They've been hiding a lot for the last couple months and it's irritating never seeing them. Perhaps a school of larger danios or barbs would be good for them to bring them out, though I imagine they'd get eaten quickly.

salvinis are actually tough fish, known for their aggression (mostly sneak attacks, so you might not actually witness how often it happens) . . .

the jag will eventually outgrow the salvini by a good margin, and that might turn things around . . . also, you didn't mention the sex of any of the fish, but depending on which are male or female, you might find different levels of aggression

all three of those fish should have "color", so if they don't you might want to question either your water quality or your feeding regimen. my salvini and my JD both had great color, and I have seen many beautiful jags

if I had to add something, and based on the types of fish you already have, I might consider a Texas (cyanaguttatus) or "Green Texas" (carpinte) cichlid

For a 100g, your already over stocked. You might be able to get away with a shoal of giant danios just to add movement and as dithers. Eventually they will be eaten though.
