Hello. This is my first post on this site so please have patience with me
I Live in the UK and have only been into this hobby for the last 12 months and have discovered that its a heck of a big learning curve lol.
I am researching into setting up a 100 gallon tank ( uk gallons) for Central American cichlids.
I have a pair of breeding Convicts in a 30 gallon tank (uk gallons ) which have spawned for me several times ... the words " just add water and fish ' are certainly true lol. I also have a 50 gallon tank with 2 female Jack Dempseys in residence .
I would like to ask opinions from everyone on here,( as i'm sure there is a lot of experience I can learn from ) as to some guidence for stocking levels.
I am trying not to have another tank with breeding cichids but would like to have 2/3 bigger cichlids that would live comfortably together, so I'm assuming that this would be a male only tank.
I feel very ignorant asking this and i'm sure it has been asked so many times that you are all fed up lol... but any guidence would be appreciated
I look forward to hearing your advice and answering any questions you may need to ask me
Thank you xxxxxx Lily
