10g and 3g stocking

So I have 2 tanks to setup a 3 and 10. I wanna do a betta in the 3 and not sure for the 10 any thoughts he would great. Thinking of doing a dragon rock planted tank for the 10 and i already have my scrap almost done for the 3. I need a filter and black sand. I was thinking of doing like a few bumblebee cats and maybe a few neons in the 10 for like a little micro tank. Anyway he’s the basic scape for the 3, after I get the sand I’m gonna get some plants.

Hopefully yeah. I saw a cool one today at a petco. I may see about adding duckweed. I’ll look into it. Never had much luck

I am also thinking of doing a group of 3 bumblebee catfish and possibly a honey gourami? for the 10g tank. My original plan was neons and bumblebee but I think they would eat the neons. so im thinking like a small school of the cats and a centerpiece like a gourami. Thoughts???

not a huge fan. Only place ik that sells them kinda mistreats their fish. They always have some kind of disease or bad fins and what not. Kinda ruined it for me
