not sure what would do well in it. looking more for a lizard and may include a water area.

would a pair of madagascar day geckos do well?

open to any suggestions...but only if the tank/cage is good for life.

Okay there are tons of lizards that would do well in a 10G.
Mostly small arboreal geckos because of the height.
I don't like Leo's myself but a Leo could go in a ten gallon.

Madagascar Day Geckos will not be able to go in a ten gallon tank.
They get pretty massive.

other Species are:
Any species of house gecko.
Green/Brown Anoles
Bibron's Gecko
Fence Lizards
Bearded Pygmy Chameleon
Also you can put basically any tarantula. And Tons of terrestrial frog species. And a male Kenyan Sand Boa.

:nilly: I totally forgot about the terrarium topper.
so IMO the best choice is a small Chameleon.
like a Pygmy Bearded Cham
or Pygmy Leaf Cham.

They would spend most of they're time near the top.
Down in the tank you could put like a waterfall or something.

ROFL, I forgot about the topper too. *blush* I have to agree that pygmy chams are a good choice, ventilation and a water feature to keep humidity up! Sounds like win-win to me!

hmm i will research them...

yea can't forget the topper...makes all the difference lol.

i will add plants and that store bought dirt stuff(forgot the name) for humidty and make a 'pond' part.

just got to find what i can put in/ what interests me....

the chameleon sounds interesting...
