10gal sump...your thoughts!?

Here is my plan to build my first sump...
Just wanted some input or recommendations for it, I haven't started anything yet, I plan to some time this week. I appreciate any info!

Yep, it'll work.

Lower the last 2 dividers so water can overflow them if something gets blocked.

Is that a filter on the return pump? Unless it's for polishing it's not necessary.
