10mm glass used on 96x40x30 tank ????????????

Does that sound right ?

10mm is 3/8" approximately..

Are there any method of gluing such as rimless tank to have more effective seal without using a thicker glass ?

Personally, I'd use 1/2" or 12mm. That's a big tank and its tall too.

mmm more like 5/8". 12mm or 1/2 inch would be pushign it.
