10mp dxg camera 170 bucks

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Looks decent, but there's not a lot of memory for such a high px camera. I have a microdrive in mine, it's a 6GB. And the camera is a 6MP Nikon.

MP doesn't mean anything with bad optics.

at over 10 MP, the pictures will come out very very noisy.

the shutter speed max out at 1/1500 (most cameras have at least 1/2000) and the aperture is less than ideal.

the focus range on that camera doesn't make any sense to me lol.

for a decent camera (especially for capturing fast moving fish), you should expect to shell out $200 (probably more). my Sony DSC-t200 was over $500 with added memory and it's still a crappy camera!!

Friend has a DXG brand camera.. it's a POS.

Time between shots is very slow, autofocus wont work unless you are in bright light, even if you are using the flash, you cant take the pic because the A/F wont lock.

It's a POS, our old 'disposable' 2mpix Kodak easyshare is better, not by much maybe, but it was that price 4 years ago.

Run away from it and get whatever you can afford from one of the real camera makers.

Cheers

Ian
