Sorry, for any misunderstanding.
Im just trying to sell this gar.

Gars are Illegal in CA. I know that LFS sell them, but that does not make them Legal.

Just looks shady that you only have 1 post now 2 and you are selling a restricted species and pick up only at that. First thing I thought was FWC doing a sting. I know I am so Paranoid. LOL

Really? I didnt know they are illegal.
I purchase this last month at a petstore in downtown LA.
they had about 20. And you can do a special order at other
petstore in valley.
Just wondering where did you read that its illegal in california?
can you provided me the link.

thanks.

These regulations are promulgated by the California Fish and Game Commission pursuant to statutory authority set forth in the California Fish and Game Code. (There's a statutory list too, but the one from the regulations is more complete. The statutes only contain the original list, whereas the regulations also include all species added by the Commission.)

Thanks, I called the petstore that sold it and they first told me no refunds. And insisted that its legal and never heard thats illegal. I contacted another petstore and they said they dont have it in stock, but they can order it for me i just have to make a deposit.

Anyways... thank you for informing me.
