I was wondering if you guys could help me. I am new to fresh water and I am currently setting up a 110 Gallon (48L X 18D X 31H) My question is with the filter. I bought the Eheim Pro 3 2080. The Tank has an overflow box in the back left corner. Which I wanted, to hide the intakes and outputs and heaters etc. The Eheim has 2 intakes however, and I was wondering how I should set up the tank utilizing the eheim with the overflow box. Should I run Durso Standpipes in the overflow box and connect the hoses to those ? Or should I just connect the strainers to the bulkheads in the overflow box ? Won't the durso's suck in water ? causing the filter to be constantly airlocked ? Any input would be greatly appreciated..

Thanks for the prompt answer.... I will definately utilize the extra filter pads to help with particulate filtration... However on the issue of setup I would prefer to use the overflows that the tank has built into it in order to hide all of the plumbing for a much cleaner looking Tank (filter installation)
