110 Gallon.Tank Price

Hey, everybody. I'm close with my lfs and he has a110 galloon glass tank for $100. He even brought the tank over and placed it ion a quickely bult plywood on.top of cinder blocks. I asked him that if he could.let me have it.for 3 days to check for leaks and I would take it since it' was at my house. The tank is about 3 years old. It still has the first silicon and I checked it and all was okay. The $100 is for tank only. No equipment or stand. I'm at my second night and no leaks.

Anything at $1 a gallon over 100 gal is a good deal in my opinion.

Be sure you can get a hood/stand for it though if you only buy the tank, I've made that mistake and got stuck having to use cinderblocks for the stand and a make-shift POS for the hood.

You can always build a nice stand pretty cheap, and in the past I have had Lowes custom cut some glass and made pretty nice looking glass canopys for 1/3 of the price of a store bought one. It's all about what you're willing to do.
