Rough Dimensions are 60 x 24 x 18

He is really motivated to sell, he says he will take $75. I almost bought it to flip it but NAH.

The tank is located near the 405 and the 10 Freeway. You guessed it, SO CAL.

When I called him, he picked right up and pretty much promised it to me but I have since changed my mind.

If it was a 180+, I would be on it!
