Alright starting to work out details for my 12*4*3 tank

Need some advice

I am planning a plywood / acrylic build. Thinking of using cynder blocks for the stand (it is all going to be behind a wall

Looking at the calculators on here the tank is going to be around 10,000 pounds. Will the concrete floor in a basement hold that kind of weight??? It will be distributed not on just a couple points planning on a solid cynder block stand. let me know what you guys think about he initial plan.

The concrete should be fine assuming it's a 4" slab. Concrete should be good for 10k psi so your 10k lbs over a large area should have no problem. Concrete is really strong in compression but not tension which is why they have to add rebar to distribute tensile forces.
