Hey guys i was thinking of buying a silver arowana that is 12'' long, its really healthy my only concern is that its missing its barbells. Is that a big deal at all to were he might die or mess with his growth? will they ever grow back?

Right now im going to house him in a 120g then soon im going to upgrade to a 240 gallon. I have a emperor 400 and a penguin 200 running my tank. Then i have 2 green severums, 1 convict, and 1 jack dempsey.
Hey kaya do you think it would be fine to transport him an hour away in a cooler with a lid for safe keeping so he doesnt jump?
