$12 for 5lbs frozen shirmp good?

I just paid 15.00 for 2 lbs of shelled, IQF shrimp...about 100 pcs.

do you guys get them frozen in ice pack or the headless one at the fish seafood section behind the counter? It's $4 a lb here so that's $20 for 5lbs.

lol i work at a seafood place so get about 200 headless for about $20

Loose ones at the seafood counter are just defrosted out of the blocks. I'd go frozen and defrost in a fridge to preserve nutrient value.
