what would be some good fish for a 12 gallon tank for my desk. i would like something aggressive but would be comforatable in a 12 gallon. i want something cool to watch when im doing my homework so something fun to watch. any good ideas for my setup and for what fish to put in it. i want something creative and unusual. i want to get some fish for my saltwater tank. can anyone give me some good ideas. im not going to upgrade or anything so they have to be some smaller fish. any interesting hybrids that can live in a 12 gallon tank. is their any preditory catfish that can live in a 12 gallon tank. just trying out ideas for my desktop tank. is their any good small fish that would be interesting to keep and would fit in a 12 gallon tank. what preditory fish would be good for a twelve gallon tank for my desktop.

This question comes up a lot, the most common answers are small african cichlids, small puffers, blue spotted sunfish, and leaffish. Some are not that predatory but display great behaviors. Leaf fish are very predatory but a bit boring (imo). Puffers are always amusing and just plain mean.
