i returned home from a weeks vacation to find a dozen new motoro baby's in my tank..i expected the mother was carrying but was surprised at the litter size..there are a few runts but all are eating black worms so i expect all to survive!

Also, how big are newborns? I've never seen anything with a size reference - they look so big lol
mothers a good 15" plus..not her first litter..she surprised me with 3 a few months ago and 13 previous to that..smallest pup is about 2 inch diameter and largest 31/2"..all seem to eat so i have my fingers crossed!shes alone in a 650 with 4 other females..after a litter like that i'm going to give her some well deserved time off! let her fatten up without some horny male biting at her!!
