12" sail fin pleco in 90g tank

I have a 90g tank that's home to an Oscar, 2 EBJDs, and a 12" sail fin pleco. No aggression problems at all. I've had the pleco since he was 1.5", but looking at him now I wonder how happy he is living in a tank of this size. Am I correct in assuming that he has (unfortunately) outgrown the capacity my aquarium can offer?

Yeah. Those fish get bigger than that and it'll be a matter of a short space of time before he's getting cramped

A 90 with an oscar and 2 EBJD is already pushing it, the sail fin should be in something larger honestly.
