12" x 12" x 18" Exo Terra (stocking idea)

Is it possible to keep a pair of crested gecko in an exo terra 12 x 12 x 18? or is it too small?

Any other possible reptile (excluding anole and some long tail lizard) that can be kept in that dimension?

depends how big the crested geckos are, if they are full grown then no.
