120 cichlid community...a jag?

ok i have just bought a 120 for £180$360 prefect condition with a stand,lights,filter and heater....good deal? i realy wanted a jag but would one be ok with smaller cichlids like sajcias and firemouths? the sajicas and firemouth would be bigger if i do get a jag. also the would be a female gt and a male jd.(the jag would be from rapps if that matters)

I dont think a Jaguar would work out to well in that style of community. A female may work but a male would be very risky to the health of your other fish.

I wouldnt doubt that it would begin viewing your firemouths and sajicas as prey once it put on some size. And good deal on the setup.

my sajicas would be a breeding pair if that matters? the fm are f and m but nothink is happening

My brothers Jag had a 3-4 inch Texas hanging out of his mouth a few months ago...

i dont see that set up working for more than 4 months shorter if the jag is over 7"

Nice triple post lol. Anyway, a jag probably won't work, but I really like nicaraguense they only get 8-10 inches and aren't very aggressive. It doesn't hurt that they're beautiful fish aswell.
