120 gallon stocking list

Trying to get stocking ideas on white themed 120 gallon planted tank (4x2).

Currently thinking:
1 albino A. heckelii
2 Red spotted Severums
2-3 Albino P. senegalus

Would this work? Any potential issues I've missed minus severums likely shredding the plants?

Should work, issue I would keep an eye out for would be the severums either pairing up, or not getting along. If they pair up, they may attack their tankmates. On the other hand, if they don't pair, whichever is dominant may bully the sub-dominant. For this reason, I seldom keep just 2 of a species- usually 1 or 3+. Though in your case, my advice would be just 1, and replace the other with another fish
