Hi everyone. I got a new pike recently so I've been taking some new pictures of my 120 gallon uruguay-themed tank. I can't exactly say my new pike is from Uruguay (She is currently unidentified) but I'm fairly sure she is from the surrounding region. She has characeristics of pikes from the Argentina/Uruguay/Southern Brazil region so I'm satisfied. Not to mention she gets along fairly well with my other fish, even my crenicichla minuano. Its a pleasent surprise given that pikes don't usually mix well and she appears to be a member of the aggressive lacustris group. Anyways, here are those pictures:

any co2 or ferts and other specs on that beautiful tan.

That mother sword is huge

I'm curious what lighting you're running? Its got a very crisp and clear tone to it. Your fish are also looking great.

Thanks for the comments everyone! :D

I don't use any Co2 but my plants are fairly low maintenance so they do fine without it. I would like to try it someday though when I get more challenging plants. I dose with Flourish excel every couple days and I use root tabs for the Amazon Sword. I don't follow a strict schedule but everything seems to be fine. I do, however, try my best to make a waterchange at least once every week. Good water quality works wonders.

I use the lighting that came with the tank. The bulb says eclipse F18T8 natural daylight. It gets the job done, but I'm looking to upgrade.

I'm looking into t5's, personally.
