Hello,

Not sure if this is the correct forum or not for a build thread?

anyway i did this about a year ago and installed a sw tank. I am taking the tank down on thursday (4/15) and starting a new native game fish tank.

enough of the boring stuff, here are the build picks (remember this is a year ago, i'll add more pics while i take down the SW and start the FW build)

First, i built the stand

no shots of the filtration since i am tearing it all down. Will take shots of the new filtration when i decide what to use. Most likely a w/d with a eheim 1262 return pump and an algae scrubber. I may also get an ocean clear 354.

more shots on 4/15

Absolutely gorgeous. I've been wanting to do thst for some time now.

was away for the past few weeks at the kushi institute so my tank has been on hold. It now has water and plumbing with a sump. New pictures soon.

wet/dry was pre cycled on this tank
yes i cleaned the tank with some vinegar and water

hopefully it clears up soon. Added some rosey reds as filler until i figure out what fish i want (most likely a bass)

thats look very nice good work

what size is your stock tank/sump. i use a 300 gal on my 500 gal tank

I am using a 50g stock tank for the sump. I can easily add more in the room if i need to breed rosey reds or something else.
