Hey all.
I recently acquired a 120g, 4x2x2, tank off ebay, and am starting the long process of starting it up.
I'm having a little trouble deciding what to put in it.
I'd like at least a couple polys.
Any suggestions?

River setup of loaches or a SA biotope of discus and angels.;)

I would use it for breeding discus, an african cichild tank or a planted tank with lots of schooling fish and a few show piece fish.

or you could just add 200 neon tetras and see them school everytime you come :P

Heavily planted community tank =p
That's not a bad idea. I've always like planted tanks.

I like clown loaches. How are they with polys?

SAL community. (SAL and colorful snacks!)
Could a SAL go in a 120g? I've always wanted one. Also, is it okay with polys?

Those are some interesting suggestions.

That's not a bad idea. How long could a black rhom be in a 120g?

planted with a couple of polys like you said, and some plant-safe cichlids, perhaps acaras

That's a cool idea, but I don't really like the look of acaras. Are there any other large plant-safe cichlids?
