120G Tank Advice!

Hey guys, I'm getting a 120g tank soon and wanted to stock it with 1 Jack Dempsey, 1 Convict, 1 Salvini, and 1 Blood Parrot, with some Silver Dollars as dithers. I posted this a few weeks ago and pretty much got the approval. But then today I go to the LFS and look around and Bam, a King Kong Parrot with a nice hump is stairing me in the face, so I bought it. My question is do I still have the room for all these fish or should I trim back the salvini to make room. Thanks

You would be alright in the beginning, but later down the road you might have to change things around. That would be a ways down the raod.

Thanks, all the fish will be pretty small other than 1 larger blood parrot. With proper filtration and 75% water changes weekly, do you think I'm ok? Thanks

if the parrot is that much larger than the other fish, i'd watch it and make sure it's not picking on anyone. as far as i know [and i'm not experienced with parrots], they're not really the most aggressive of fish, but when i had first got my oscar [about 2"], my brother had a brand new, tiny parrot [about 1"] that he passed off to me to find a new home for, and for the two days i had him before i rehomed him, he was really picking on my oscar. i had to contain him inside a "critter carrier" in the tank so he couldn't swim with the oscar.
