120gallon stocking questions

Hello community, this is my first post so please don't slay me

I have a 120 gallon tank that I want to stock with some brackish fish and some that aren't exactly brackish. My first question would be can I do this?

Here is my tentative stocking list.(if it is possible...)

F8 puffer
Kissing gourami (or Opaline gourami)
Dragon goby
Demasoni cichlid
Gold Sexfaciatus cichlid

Speaking water, if I were to keep my tank in the 7.8-8.0 pH range at correct salt levels, is this possible?

I had two different builds in mind for this tank my preference would be for this first list or if I can come up with another that includes D goby, F8 Puffer and the A. cichlids would be my first choice.

Second build would include clown loaches, red tail shark, grourami and others?

I'm no puffer expert but I don't think they should have tankmates

I was thinking they might be fine because of the size of the tank, also I plan to have plenty of plants, logs, a rockwall for all the different types of fish in there.

but yeah normally I don't think they are, in this case they would be the smallest fish in the tank of those fish. 3" max others will be 6" and up.
