Hey guys,I recently posted for stocking suggestions for 90 g and have so far 5-6 geophagus "orange head'',1 rotkeil severum,25 tetras of some sort.Well I decieded to go for it and convert my 125 g malawi to SA.What else can I add to the original 90g list?.Hopefully some more colorful medium to large fish. Thanks in advance.

Use pool filter sand and do some other type of geos like a few altifrons, red ceibals, a couple peaceful acaras, a chocolate cichlid, keyholes, sajica, and a another severum

Thanks Honda 237,I like the idea of more Geo variants, would a Brazilinensis be too rowdy for the orange heads?

I have heard they are pretty aggressive in geo terms but I am not exactly certain cause mine is the most dominant in my 125 and he is the only geo in there and he is only 3.5". I would do a geo red Bahia, a little smaller and less agressive but about the same look as the brasiliensis. I am getting one from Ken Davis for my 90g. I'm going to have to upgrade in the future too. I would save your pennies and order from a good bender like rapps because he has nice ones and a good variaty

Thanks for the reply bud,I kinda thought as much about the Brazilinensis. If he's your dom at 3.5'', that says it all,and yes I intend to get all my stock from Jeff Rapps:thumbsup:

Jeff has some good ones in now. Brasiliensis is too aggressive esp with your orange heads. Go for some altifrons, abalios, or dicrozoster that he has in. I have my 125 with similar stock if you will see my signature ;)

Thanks guys,so many great fish to choose from.I think its gonna be ,
5 geo "orange heads''
1 heckelli
1 altifrons
rotkeil severum pair
25 lemon tetras
please feel free to slam this list, any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Most eartheaters prefer to be kept in groups such as the Altifrons, other than that it looks ok. The Heckeli may eat the tetras when full grown though.
