okay so i just got a 125 gallon tank and i putting my silver arowana and my 7 dwarf plecos any other suggestions on the tank was thing a small ray

i guess i'll be the one to say it... being as someone is,
if your going to get a ray, be prepared to upgrade in a few years as pretty much all rays will outgrow a 125, but yes you could get away with a small ray for a while.

What is the size difference between plecos and aro? That will probably be your first problem, not outgrowing the tank.
o no the aro doesnt even touch them they been together sinse they were young its about a 10 in difference though
i wouldn't be so sure, sometimes with a change of scenery, fish that have been okay together suddenly dont get along. but you might be fine.
Question? do pleco's ever cause problems on rays. i have heard of them attaching to other fish and causing damage.
My aro and juruense cat were just fine together for a while too. Aro at 12-14 inches, jur at 5 inches plus streamers and whiskers. One day swimming in tank, next day not a sight.
