125 Gallon stocking

hey guys i got my new 125gallon tank a month ago and i want to know if i can add 2 - 3 more cichlids to it?
right now i have

1JD
2Heros Efa
1Mayan
2Convicts with fry (waiting for the fry to be gone and maybe get rid of them)
2loaches
1pleco

what do yall think?

The mayan is going to give you trouble with just about anything that is not as aggressive. I agree that Viejas or a jag would be a good choice. Festae I think would get to the point of killing the mayan.

Yeah, let's throw a Festae or Trimac in with Heros. That's great advice. ***Shakes head***

Juan, you will be limited to the more mild mannered cichlids, such as Hypselecara temporalis. Or even more medium sized cichlids, such as Hysophorys nicaraguense, Archocentrus spilurum or something from the Thorichthys genus. Although the Urophthalmus is going to become a major pain in the ass to all, including your current stock. One of the more peaceful Vieja's (if their is such a thing) may also work well, Regani, Synspilum maybe.

Just a few idea's, other's will add their input.

do yall think a F1Amphilophus citrinellus and a Hypselecara temporalis would do fine or maybe just one of them?

get 2 temporalis and a couple more of the heros. and lose the mayan.
