Yup. Had to get rid of the gravel due to high nitrates. I'm not a fan of bare bottom tanks and wanted something with a more natural look. Ceramic tile fit the bill. I had considered slate tile but didn't have the proper equipment to cut it to size.

How big are the parrots? Love the tank. Great driftwood too!

ive been wanting to do that but i havent found anything i like around here...or if i lke it its extremely thick and yeah ...no way to ut it. does debris get under the tile at all?
