125g... deal or no deal!

looking on craigs list for 125 gallon tank with stand and hood. What should be a target price i look for? I saw one posting for 250 with wood cabinet stand... i thought it seemed too good to be true and so far i havent got a response to email...does 250 seem to good to be true or can u get a good conditioned 125 g for that?
 
That is a pretty darn good deal, but not totally unheard of, so you might have a shot at getting it. Heck, if its on craigslist and listed at 250 I would offer the guy 175 and see where it goes from there.
 
You never know with c-list. It could be a killer deal and it could be a 55g set up.

that doesnt look like a 55g to me.. ITS HUGE and looks real nice.. but it was listed 3 days ago and he hasnt answered my emails so it may be gone :-(
 
also says there are heaters, airpumps, 2 cannister filters (one needs impeller) ... seems crazy to me i dont think there is any chance this thing is still available... funny thing is right below this listing is a listing for a 29 gallon for 400 lol
 
THATS A REALLY GOOD PRICE.. I JUST GOT A 150 GALLON FOR $250... WITH CANOPY AND STAND GREAT CONDITION.
