So I have a 125 setup running an aquatop cf500 that is rated at 535gph. What else can I add for filters that won't kill my wallet any suggestions are appreciated, o and my stock right now is 1 Thai Silk FH about 5in a 4in pictus cat and a 10in common pleco I want more but don't want to kill my bank account or my wife will kill me lol

The AquaClear 110 is good and cheap too. I picked one up for $54 on amazon.

Those filters should definitely improve your filtration on the tank. The AC 110's are convenient because they can be cleaned more frequently then the canister filter due to their easy accessibility.

Aquaclear 110 is the best HOB filter. But caniste wise I am strictly Eheim. Well I did buy my first brand new Fluval but i got it for about 145.00. Otherwise I would have never spent my money on it.
Ya the Eheims looked good a little expensive for the flow I wanted, do you guys think this will be enough filtration?
