yeah peru Os are the best looking IMO if you can get them, but yeah tiger O with some cons (all same gender) and silver dollars would be cool too, wouldnt really matter if you got female cons either since you wouldnt really have to worry about them pairing with the O, though their aggression might be a little more than males... full grown salvini might be a little aggressive for an O as would possibly a JD though they should have plenty of room in that tank i wouldnt worry too much about it, i would do the O and a smaller cichlid and then like a small school of silver dollars or other larger schooling fish, if the schooling fish are already larger when you first add a very small O then you may have luck with im continuing to accept them as he grows like i did with my oscars and tiger bars, just make sure its a nice large school so they have safety in numbers and they will add some nice activity to the tank
