125G Setup..

As of right now..I have my 8inch barred midas in my 125G alone for the past month or so..I was wondering..if I were to add my two 5inch FHs..would they be okay..or should I not risk it?..the barred has been by itself for more then 25% of the time I have owned him...

That would probubly be a mistake. You'd be a lot better off adding some dither fish. Tinfoils or the like...along with a couple of bottom dwellers.

That's a recipe for some beatings. You never can tell, but I think it would be a mistake.

You have other tanks give it a shot. Just put them both in at the same time and if you see trouble move the FH back to there tank. All fish have individual personalities especially amphilophus. Good luck and keep us updated. Keep your fish safe...

^ I agree. They may even interbreed, since FHs are predominantly Trimaculatus.
