125gallon stock help

Ok guys so im going away to college and had to get rid of all my monsters. So now i have a 180 and a 125g tank.

The 180 stock is:
1 mono mazan
1 peru mono
1 mono/occel
2 florida gars
1 royal clown knife
I understand i will need to upgrade for them but they are all under a foot at the moment so im fine for now

My real question is now that i have a empty 125 id like to step away from the monsters and try something new.

So i was thinking of making a DIY 3d background. Grabbing a really nice centerpiece of driftwood and some of those real big fake bamboo plants.

For stock i was thinking

Pair of Gold Sevrums
2-4 Angelfish
8+ giant danios
2-4 dwarf gouramis
6+ clown loaches
1-2 bushynose plecos
various tetras:
8+ neons
8+ cardinals
8+serpea

Now this is a very rough stock list. Let me know what you guys think about it. This will be a project for me as i have never really kept smaller fish or made a 3d background. probably will not be finish until i come home for thanksgiving break

I might be missing something but these fish need no less care than the monster that you speak of.

I never said they needed less care...Just i think my parents would rather feed some sevrums and tetras then my rtc, tsn, mono, giraffe cat, and clown knife that are all over 2 feet....
